Mr. Muhammad Arif Khan is a highly esteemed lawyer with over 30 years of legal practice. He holds a master's degree in economics and a law degree, both earned in the late 1980s. Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Khan has worked with several prestigious law firms, including Qamar Abbas & Co. and FGE Ebrahim Hossain, specializing in areas such as Admiralty Law, Banking Law, Company Law, and Arbitration. Appointed in 2021 as the Chairman of the Customs Appellate Tribunal by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, he oversaw the functioning of nine independent courts across the country. Upon completing his tenure in 2024, Mr. Khan resumed his legal practice, founding his own law firm, SAK & Associates.
